The Managing Editor of the New Crusading Guide has been captured on a video dancing in celebration of the unending woes of the businessman and financier of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC), Alfred Agebesi Woyome.
The video which has gone viral on social media was believed to have been generated in the studios of an Accra- based Peace FM.
In the video the newspaper editor, and also a regular panelist on the Wednesday’s Kokokroko morning show hosted by Kwame Sefa Kai and News File on Joy FM hosted by Samson Ladi Ayenini was spotted dancing his heart out at age 60 and above.
Claiming ebe Ye de3 keke…… it is however not clear, why he was profusely dancing but one thing is sure was that Mr Baako has a defamation suit hanging over his neck by Woyome and perhaps hoping that the SC decision to allow an examination by Amidu will help his case.
The Supreme Court yesterday granted a motion filed by former Attorney General Martin Amidu requesting that the court allows him orally examine business man Alfred Agbesi Woyome whom the state is trying to retrieve some monies wrongfully paid to him.
Mr Amidu had earlier told the court that an opportunity to question the business man will unravel how Mr Woyome spent the about 52 million cedis paid him. This he said, was crucial in ensuring a speedy retrieval of the money.
The court in its ruling read by Justice Anin Yeboah said the amount in contention was colossal and no serious effort hand been made to retrieve the money since the Judgment was delivered two years ago. The plaintiff he added, was not retriveing the money for himself but for the State.
