
Dennis Atsu Denyo, leader of the concerned NDC youth told Accra -based Top FM that their leaders have misappropriated the polling station monitoring funds hence their decision to lock up the office.
Denyo told the host of the Ghana Te Sen morning show, Nana Yaa Boamposem Ameyaw that, they gave an ultimatum to their executives but they have turned deaf ears resulting in their decision to lock up the office.
He added that they advocated for the executives involved to be suspended but the request has not seen light.
‘We are fighting for justice according to our party’s Constitution which states freedom,justice and accountability.
According to him,Article 16 of the Constitution mandates the executives to be neutral but they (The Executives) have decided not to be neutral and ‘we at the grass root level are suffering.
But, the Director of Communications for the Constituency on his part, Paul Bradi accused Mr Denyo of doing the bidding of some faceless personalities in the area .
He said Denyo has contributed to the problems happening in the party, If there is a problem, there is party disciplinary committee which he must avail himself to.
He admitted that, he is not disputing the fact that there is a problem in the ranks of the party.
