The Assembly Member for Kokomlemle Electoral Area, Hon Moses Abor has confirmed that lots of stones were thrown into the house of Nana Akufo Addo by some members of the NDC on Sunday morning.
This is in contrary to what an alleged leader of NDC who converged at the frontage of the Nima Residence of the 2016 flag bearer of the NPP, Ako Gunn said.
Ako Gunn stated on Ghana Te Sen on Monday morning that there were only two stones and a broken bottle found in the house.
Moses Abor added that, the NDC members who converged at the residence of Nana Akufo Addo on Sunday morning stood there for about two hours.
He told Nana Yaa Boamponsem on Top FM’s Morning Show dubbed Ghana Te Sen that he saw the police interacting with some members upon his arrival on the scene but was met with the refusal from the involved persons.
According to him, some members of the NDC who converged at the fore court of Nana Addo’s residence said they were waiting for the other members to partake in the health walk and an address from NDC’s 2016 Presidential Candidate after he questioned their take should some NPP members do same to them.
He condemned the act of the NDC on Sunday saying it is a bad habit which should not be condoned as long as peace is needed for this year’s elections.
He emphatically stated that, he saw the NDC throwing stones into the house of Nana Addo
In conclusion, Hon Abor appealed to the Ghana police to make justice prevail as peace moves in accordance with justice.
