The Founder and Leader of the Movement for Change, Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen says he aims to establish the biggest skills development centre in whole of West Africa sub-region to be based in the Volta Region.
This he said, would be part of his regional development agenda where every region would have a specific project under his administration to uplift the economic status of the country.
Mr. Kyerematen said this during his Market Tour of the Volta Region.
He kicked off the tour in the Juapong Market in the Central Tongu District, to canvas for votes ahead of the December 7 general elections.
He promised to transform the town into an economic hub by revamping the Volta Star Textile factory, uplifting the market, and establishing a trader’s bank in the area.
Mr. Kyerematen proceeded to the Ho Central Market and urged the traders to vote for him to enable him to make the region a skills development hub.
