A Coalition of Concerned University Students are set to demonstrate on Friday against the government over the halt in academic activities across universities in the country.

A member of the communication team Richmond Tamakloe who spoke to Maame Yaa Boakye in an interview said the action has become necessary because all is at stake with them.

The move he stated is against the gov’t because the University Teachers Association Ghana, UTAG made an effort to talk with the govt in an earlier strike they stage only to be disappointed.

‘We will petition the president and the speaker of parliament to work on returning academic activities as soon as possible”, Mr Tamakloe added.
