Ghanaian reggae musician and media personality, Blakk Rasta has hailed President John Dramani Mahama for his tremendous efforts in fixing the country since resuming power.
The popular musician called President Mahama “an angel without wings,” while attempting to explain his joy and admiration for ‘First Man’ of the country.
“President Mahama, honestly, when I was giving up, I was told that angels had wings. This is the first time I’m seeing an angel without wings, and that’s President Mahama,” Blakk Rasta said in an interview with Kafui Dey.
Blakk added that while he criticized the President previously, he has come to the realization that he’s wrong to have done that, but only did it for the good of the country.
“To be honest with you, I criticized him during his first tenure. Whom haven’t I criticized? People criticize me too. And they have come to realize that I criticize them not destroy them, but to build them”.
“No malice at all. I criticize people and later meet them, and I don’t even remember that they once passed though my hot oven of critical baking. Well, I said a lot about Mahama, and Mahama is that gentleman. He will listen whether he chooses to react or let it go is up to him,” Blakk Rasta said.
