Head, Public Events and Communications of Charter house (organizers of Vodafone Ghana Music Award), Robert Klah , revealed that “ self-acclaimed dancehall king Shatta wale will never be nominated as a nominee of vgma , until he comes out to express his interest in our awards schemes”
Robert Klah disclosed this during a phone interview with Foxx the host of “Top Pawa Drive” live on “Top103.1fm”.
He said the ban on Shatta Wale and Stone Bwoy has been lifted, which led stone bwoy still expressing his interest in the scheme.
He also said” digital nominee forms was released on our website and musicians had the access to fill and also submit their works for nominations
Robert said they have a special system for monitoring radio and tv airplay of artists compositions, which is another factor of nominating
