Ghanaian-American star, Amaarae is up and about with the release of her third studio album titled Black Star.

The 30-year-old who has enjoyed some amazing buzz due to her delectable vocal delivery is in every word of it ready for global domination.
Amaarae will be dropping the Black Star project exactly 2 years after her critical acclaimed LP Fountain Baby, which smashed charts and set fans into a frenzy worldwide.
Being the first Ghanaian solo act to perform at the Coachella, the talented Afropop star is counted among the top musicians hoisting the flag of Ghana in the diaspora.
Speaking to Rolling Stones about her type of music, Amaarae mentioned that most of her lyrics come from the most sensitive part of her life story.
“There’s a sensitivity and a vulnerability that I get to tap into in my music that isn’t very easy for me to express,” she said.
