Music producer Kayso has opened up about the recent controversy surrounding record label, Ground Up Chale, following Kwesi Arthur’s recent outburst on social media about dealings in camp.
According to Kayso, who produced Kwesi Arthur‘s breakthrough song “Grind Day”, he did not earn any money from the song and other songs he produced while working under the Tema-based music company.
“For the record, I made GHC 0 from Grind Day and the songs from that period. It was a learning experience that shaped how I approach ownership and agreements today” he shared on X.
Kayso, in another post spoke about all the lessons he’s learnt at the record label during his stay adding that it was a great deal of learning experience for him.
“I chose growth and peace, and I’m grateful for where that decision has brought me today,”
