Popular Ghanaian rapper, Medikal known in real life as Samuel Adu Frimpong has opened up that he never knew his activities on the digital space could land him in prison until he got busted

He has expressed that he never knew that brandishing weapons on social media was against the laws of the land until when he found himself facing the wrath of the law after engaging in it.

It would be recalled that the rapper was arrested for displaying a gun on the gram which led to his five days remand into police custody after appearing in court.

Medikal was however released after he was granted a Ghc 100,000 bail with one surety and today he has waded the incident.

Speaking in an interview with Andy Dosty on HitzFM, he opined that he had no idea that brandishing weapons on social media could lead to his imprisonment until he got arrested.

He emphasized that the only thing he knows about is pulling a gun in public was what could lead him into trouble and not displaying a gun. He added that he agrees with the public they he wasn’t treated well because the whole incident doesn’t make sense to him.
