Ghanaian actor and comedian, Kalybos has revealed how a simple act of kindness gave him, one of his biggest payout in his entire career.
The actor, known in private life as Richard Asante, recounted moments when he was stuck in traffic along the Osu high street.
According to him, a car pulled up behind him and some children who were with their father asked for a photo.
Even though the children’s father initially did not want to go though with the photo, he (Kalybos) got down from his car and jumped into the backseat and took pictures with the excited children.
“We took pictures, and the man just sat there shocked, staring at me,” he narrated in a Joy FM interview.
Kalybos further said the father of the children who was stunned by his kindness later took his umber and invited him to his office, and handed him an envelope with a cheque.
“I opened it, and it was a cheque. The biggest free bono money I have ever had in my life. It was a hundred thousand Ghana cedis,” Kalybos said.
