Ghana’s President H. E. John Dramani Mahama and First Lady, Mrs. Lordina Mahama have arrived in New York to participate in the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
The president and his delegation were welcomed by hundreds of Ghanaians residing in New York.
High on the list of activities for the president will include talks on global peace and security as well as pushing for the advancement of the Sustainable Development Goals Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The President is scheduled to address the General Assembly on Thursday, 25th September, 2025 setting out Ghana’s plans in helping to elevate global visions on development through a peaceful partnership.
