Ghanaian rap heavyweight Dr Cryme is back with a blazing new anthem titled “HOLY,” officially released on Friday, 27th February 2026. The track marks his first drop of the year and sets the tone for what promises to be an explosive 2026 campaign.

Released under TWIPOP RECORDS, “HOLY” is a fiery hip hop banger that flips the script on appearances and challenges perceptions. Known for his witty wordplay and unapologetic storytelling, Dr Cryme uses the track to dissect the façade of a woman whose seemingly saintly aura has everyone convinced until the layers begin to peel back.

On “HOLY,” the rapper delivers sharp, calculated bars that cut through the illusion of innocence. The song explores themes of deception, image versus reality, and the subtle art of manipulation all wrapped in a hard-hitting beat that keeps listeners locked in from start to finish.

The accompanying music video, directed by Emma Gallery, visually amplifies the song’s message with striking imagery that mirrors the contrast between outward “holiness” and hidden intentions.

With punchlines that sting and a hook that lingers, “HOLY” reinforces Dr Cryme’s reputation for blending social commentary with streetwise lyricism. It’s bold, unapologetic, and undeniably catchy a reminder that not everything that glitters is gold.

As the first official release from Dr Cryme in 2026, “HOLY” signals a strong start to the year for the rapper and his label. Fans and hip hop lovers alike won’t want to miss this one.
